At the emergency meeting of Board of Trustees held on 25^th March, 2016, the following major decisions were taken:

• That November 7^th – 12^th, 2016 is approved for the 1^st Convocation, and the 3^rd Education Summit will come up within the celebration week so you are welcome for the two-in-one programme.
• JAMB has advertised Igbajo Polytechnic as one of their accredited CBT centres.

• The management of Igbajo Polytechnic, Igbajo is planning to mount certificate courses for part-time students, this noble idea was approved by the Governing Council of the institution.

B.O.T. News

In its another scheduled meeting held on the 13^th May, 2016 some vital decisions were agreed among the Board of Trustees members these were:

• The Board of Trustees appreciate the Oyedepo family for ordering the contractor handling the construction of a building donated to the school to complete it.
• The BOT was informed that the family of Chief Oyewole had donated a plantation to the institution in anticipation for the take-off of our Agricultural technology.
• While also the house was briefed by the acting Rector the promise of Hon. Akanmu Ogundeji, that he also donated his fish pond to the institution and in addition he promised to open up the institution land for Agriculture.
• The Polytechnic acting Rector has been given the nod to act as rector with immediate effect.
